A direct descendant of the most successful midsize jet ever built, the Hawker 800XP adds explosive new performance, improved payload capabilities and enhanced range to an aircraft already renowned for cabin comfort and reliability. In form as well as function, the Hawker 800XP is a powerful new product of innovative design...precision engineering...and The Elegance of Efficiency.
The impressive performance improvements of the Hawker 800XP begin at takeoff. Two AlliedSignal TFE731-5BR turbofan engines have increased thrust by 720 pounds over the Hawker 800, producing up to 23 percent quicker time-to-climb numbers and cruise speeds up to 14 knots faster. The 800 XP can also takeoff and land on shorter runways, making more destinations accessible. Payload capabilities are larger and range has been extended dramatically in high altitude and hot temperature conditions. At virtually every altitude and every cruise weight, the 800XP represents midsize jet performance at its peak.
One design feature held over by popular demand in the 800XP is its expansive cabin. Still by far the largest among midsize jets, it provides standing headroom along its entire length. In its standard configuration, this spacious "conference room in the sky" easily accommodates eight passengers, plus state-of-the-art equipment and amenities ranging from digital voice/data flight phones with upcall capabilities to stunning sound systems and videocassette players. Customized to your specifications and handcrafted for quality, the super-quiet 800XP cabin promotes the kind of in-flight productivity that transforms international range into competitive advantage.
Everything necessary for meal preparation, including a microwave oven, has been thoughtfully designed into the full-service galley of the 800XP. A full-size, private rear lavatory provides room to freshen up and change clothes - a convenient proposition, thanks to the accessible baggage compartment of the 800XP. Luxurious club seats turn heads with their 360 degrees swivel range and adjustment capabilities, including fore/aft/lateral tracking and full-recline for optimum comfort and versatility. Designs include a wide selection of fabrics and leathers.
